She holds a degree in Economics Sciences from the University of El Salvador and a Master’s degree in Scientific Research Methodology from the Evangelical University of El Salvador.She specializes primarily in fiscal sector issues, macroeconomic statistics (real and fiscal sectors), economic forecasting, economic and fiscal researchviolence-related studies, and university teaching.

Her professional career includes experience at the Ministry of Finance of El Salvador in the Internal Revenue area, as well as at the Central Reserve Bank of El Salvador, where she worked in the preparation and analysis of macroeconomic and fiscal statistics and forecasts.
